SiO2 PRNI: 12,5kg (Pick up at the studio only!)

A marvellous silky clay with high plasticity and strength. Very dark brown body that fires to deep brown black at 1220. Excellent compaitlity with translucent and matte glazes with a high artistic appeal. This clay is relatively quick drying and will crack if not protected during drying. 40% grog/chamotte means that it is highly stable and can be manipulated on the wheel and in handbuilding with excellent results. The grog is very fine at 0,2mm max and you do not feel it when throwing. It has a fatty, slick feeling and polishes to a high sheen when leather hard.
