Our
Glaze Lab
We have a fully equipped glaze lab where we run custom glaze courses and develop our studio glazes. Makers and full time members are taught glaze chemistry and are encouraged to research and develop their own glazes.
We also help with application of glazes and in trouble shooting.
Understanding glazing will improve your ceramics and work process. Getting familiar with a glaze’s characteristics and potential is key to good glazing.
If you are unterested in developing glazes we can work with you to identify and fine tune potential recipes and characteristics. Please contact us at info@theceramiccentre.com to discuss the possibilities.
