Wood Firing
This is the wood firing kiln in Neuilly-en Sancerre, it is a multi chamber chamber kiln called a Noborigama, or climbing kiln. This style of kiln was developed in Japan to increase efficiency and predictability in the firing results.Â
The magic of wood firing is the natural beauty of ash glazes that cannot be duplicated with gas or electric kilns.
In Neuilly we will be doing wood firing and residencies for potters who are passionate about alternative firing.

Teambuilding and Private Events
We host private events for children’s birthdays, bridal showers, family reunions and team building. Each event includes all materials, tools, glazing and firing as well as refreshments. If you have a special request we are happy to work with you. Children are welcome from 4 and up when accompanied by an adult participant.Â

Paint-a- Pot!

Choose a piece of high quality stoneware bisque and use our extensive collection of glazes and tools to make a unique piece of art.
We high fire it at 1220 degrees for maximum strength and durability.
All pieces are food and dishwasher safe.
