TCC Bat System

This is our specially designed bat system that takes the best elements of multiple designs. The base consists of an over the wheel foundation that has multiple inserts of an array of sizes, 10cm, 15cm, 20cm plus a 30cm circle for keeping the bat system from warping.

Each insert has an optimum fit and is made from moisture resistant MDF. For longevity we suggest to do not immerse your system in water. Wipe with a damp sponge and dry standing up.

We include a soft, thin memory foam liner to help stabilise the base on the wheel-head.

Note that in time moisture resistant MDF will warp if exposed to water so we also recommend sealing the system with a polyurethane based sealant.
