New “Salt & Pepper” clay by Witgert. Clay has both white and black chamotte. Chamotte shows beautifully by wiping surface with a sponge when leather dry. Good for slab technique as well as other build by hand techniques.
Firing colour different shades of grey.

Chamotte content 25% 0 – 0,5
Firing range 1000 – 1250°C
Total shrinkage at 1200°C: ca12%
